Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used hair oil products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind, incorrect address, or used products are not eligible for refunds.
